Jack Williams, founder and owner of Smog 'N Go, opened his business in January of 2000 and now owns five facilities in the greater Sacramento area. Jack earned his BS degree in Business Management, served a two-year mission term in Germany, is the past President of the Elk Grove Chamber of Commerce, and serves on the Board of Directors for the Make-A-Wish Foundation.
